We provide high-purity aluminum powder with purity grades of Al 99.95% and Al 99.996%. Particle size options include 1~2µm, 3~4µm, 5~6µm, 7~8µm, 8~10µm, 20~30µm, 80µm, -325 mesh, and -200 mesh.
The powder must be kept strictly away from water, acids, alkalis, and halogens. It is essential to avoid dust spraying in the air and implement proper anti-static precautions during transfer and handling.
Standard packaging comes in 25Kg, 160Kg, or 200Kg iron drums with pallets, and vacuum packaging can be provided upon request. Standard container shipments are 16 tons or 18 tons per 20FCL.
Our manufacturing processes comply with ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015. Testing procedures utilize ICP for ingot impurity detection, laser diffraction for particle sizing, moisture testers for water content, and dedicated oxygen analyzers for oxygen volume control.
The powder is widely utilized in sputtering targets, powder metallurgy, trimethylaluminum (TMA), high-grade metal pigments, high purity alumina, laminated foils, reducing agents, aluminum nitride, Al MMC, and catalysts across aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, and industrial sectors.
The annual production capacity is 1,000 tons. Typical delivery lead time is around 2 to 3 months, which includes standard Dangerous Goods (DG) inspection protocols.
